A copy of the recent letters is below which contains useful information about this term. Please remember there’s lots of useful information in other parts of this website from help at home and what your child will be learning in school.
We organise parent consultation meetings throughout the year to discuss your child’s learning and in July you will receive written report.

We spent an afternoon immersing ourselves in Stonehenge. We investigated how they could move such enormous stones. We made models and art work showing Stonehenge at dawn.
We covered tables with material to create a ‘cave’. We chose our final design of our cave painting to do in the cave. We also drew around our hands, because this is how prehistoric people are believed to have signed their paintings. Using the library topic books, we found and recorded interesting facts. We made ‘Stone Age paint’ from berries and husks, which we used to create drawings.
