Cashless System - Arbor
The school uses a system called Arbor for parents to pay for school dinners, trips and school shop items online. The Parent Portal works on Google Chrome (computer or laptop) and you can download the Arbor App from the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone (Android 5.0; iOS 10.0 and upwards).
The school office does NOT except cash payments for school dinners, trips or school shop items.
The set-up process is simple and will take no more than a couple of minutes:
1. Go to the App or Google Play Store on your phone and search 'Arbor'.
2. Click 'install' on Android or 'Get' on iPhone then open the App.
3. If it is your first time logging in, select forgotten password and follow the steps given. Enter your email, select the school, then enter your password.
4. Accept the Terms & Conditions and enter your child's birthday.
5. Payment options and outstanding balances are visible on your child's home page.
If you’ve recently changed your email address or mobile telephone number, please let us know so we can update our records, you can do this by emailing the school admin@berridge.nottingham.sch.uk.
